Easily the best customer service in the game. That customer service doesn’t stop when you get your furniture either. Any questions or problems are handled by the staff quickly and without stress. Great price, products and people! I bought an adjustable base from their Boise store years ago. I was shocked to find a Missoula location to help get me the parts that were lost in the move for way less than E-Bay. I knew I was looking for a theater seat/double recliner and there was one there that was perfect, or so I thought. Turns out I needed a power recliner because the wee ones (and maybe the old ones) couldn’t get the footrest down. I called with my concerns and it took a few weeks and the perfect replacement came in. I offered to pay for the exchange delivery but they refused. Both recliners were all steel frame and very substantial. They really want a satisfied buyer. Wayne was great! Take a look at these beauties!
Very helpful staff and a great selection of in stock choices. Got home and opened the box to find a scratch and with one call they got me a replacement. Will definitely shop there again.
