Best customer experience I have ever had. This was my second store looking at couches and my two toddlers were nearing bed time. Carly greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. She was able to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was very accommodating with my children and kept the experience quick, professional, and pain free. I wasn’t even expecting to buy that night. Great selection of furniture, knowledgeable staff. Overall great buying experience! Thank you Carly!

Great furniture shopping experience with Karely! She was very knowledgeable of the product features and materials and patient with my undecisiveness. She took her time to show me everything and had a down to earth personality. I ended up buying a complete living room seating arrangement from her and feel pretty happy with it. They are very accommodating with stock and delivery options as well. Ill go back in the future for sure. As an added bonus, they do accept the synchrony home card with promotional pay off time periods. Overall great service, quality products, and good atmosphere.

So we definitely bought our first brand new couch from Chris. He was super awesome and relatable. Thank you for helping us and being attentive even when more customers showed up. We cannot wait until our new couch shows up! The whole family is excited.

High quality furniture and nice shopping experience. I was pleased with our customer service experience with our salesperson Chris. He was very informative when it came to the sectionals my wife and I were shopping for. He knew color, availability, and inventory of items we were interested in. The other exciting part of this purchase was that the sofa was delivered three days after our transaction. Overall, a great experience capped off by a delivery that arrived exactly at 1pm. I was informed that I could expect a delivery between 1-3pm, but they arrived right on time. Not sure if this was luck, or just the way Wallaroo’s always does their business.

The staff were very helpful throughout the purchasing and delivery process. Highly recommended the store, staff, and chair….and a big shout out to the social media personnel who walked me through each step of the way from start to finish.
