Policies:
- Return Policy: Products are sold as-is. Furniture may be returned only within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as the time of purchase in order to be eligible for return. All returns will be processed with a 25% restocking fee.
- Delivery: The Buyer is responsible for all measurements to ensure merchandise will fit into its intended space and through any access points of the Buyer’s home. The Buyer assumes all risk if merchandise is not suitable for its intended location. Buyer is responsible for moving all furniture that may be in the way for our team for delivery. Wallaroo’s is not equipped to move non Wallaroo’s furniture. If you need to reschedule a delivery appointment please let us know the day before your delivery.
- Return Shipping: The Buyer assumes responsibility for all costs associated with returning an item, including packaging, handling, and shipping. The Buyer also assumes all risks associated with the shipment and is responsible for any damages incurred in the shipping process.
